This project is a new Kindergarten thru 8th grade STEaM school. The project consists of a 136,210 SF three story classroom building with gymnasium, multi-purpose room, cafeteria and administration space. The school includes 54 new general and elective classrooms. The 10 acre site is located at the old golf links course near I-485 and Providence Rd in South Charlotte. The site will encompass a soccer field, playground areas as well as surface parking and a bus lot.
