Project consists of renovating the three (3) four-story Rams Commons Residence Halls and the two-story Community Building including general construction, HVAC replacement and fire alarm replacement. Please refer to Specification Sections 012100- ALLOWANCES, 012200- UNIT PRICES and 012300- ALTERNATES.


Bid Document Access: Complete plans/spec and contract documents will be available for inspection in the offices of Winston-Salem State University (Winston-Salem), Biloba Architecture (Charlotte) and H.M.
