The project will consist of a one-story 7,627 square foot steel-framed structure with drive thru canopy Max. Column loads: 80 kips (assumed) Max. Wall loads: 3 kips per linear foot (assumed) Maximum 2 feet of fill and 1 foot of cut to achieve final grades (based on DDC Engineers Grading and Drainage Plan dated 11-27-18) with Little excavation other than foundation construction
