**HUB/SBO participation is encouraged. Quick payment terms are available for qualified companies. Scope of work can be broken down into economically feasible units in order to facilitate M/WBE participation.
If you need assistance obtaining the required bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, licenses, joint pay agreements or insurance, please contact us. Holden Building Co. will look at the possibility of a joint venture or partnership, if appropriate. Holden Building Co. will offer "Quick Pay Commitment" to all MBE/WBE's, which means a commitment to pay MBE/WBE's within 20 days after the Contractor confirms that the work has been performed and completed properly. |
