Sealed proposals for completion of the Carroll MS Modular Unit Renovations and Fox Road ES Site Renovations will be received on March 12, 2020 at 1:30 p.m., in the office of the Wake County Public School System, Facilities Building, Reception Desk, 111 Corning Road, Suite 190, Cary, NC. These projects will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. Sealed proposals from Contractors will be received until 1:30 p.m. All bids will be opened and read aloud starting at 1:30 p.m. All times are local prevailing times.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held February 26, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., at Carroll MS, 4520 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27609. Attendees will then move to Fox Road ES, 7101 Fox Road, Raleigh NC 27616.

For paper sets, provide check made out to 310 Architecture & Interiors for $200 per each full set, delivered to 310 Architecture & Interiors at address listed above. Paper plan sets may then be picked up at Duncan Parnell, 201 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina 27603, (919) 833-4677, www.duncan-parnell.com. The Wake County Public School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the School System. The Wake County Public School System also reserves the right to require any bidder to submit information needed to determine if said bidder is responsible within the meaning of N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-129.
