•             Walk-in Cooler and condensing units-provided and installed by Owner

  • Installation of owner furnished toilet accessories

07 Thermal Moisture

  • Roofing - Patch & repair existing roofing for new MEP penetrations
  • Caulking – Interior Restaurant caulking

09 Finishes

  • Metal Studs, Insulation, Drywall & ACT
  • FRP – Decorative FRP
  • Flooring – Installation of owner furnished
  • Painting

15 Mechanical

  • HVAC – New low pressure duct. RTU’s existing – furnished & installed by LL
  • Plumbing – Plumbing fixtures are to be owner furnished
  • Fire Sprinkler – Alter existing sprinkler system

16 Electrical

  • Building Electrical – Include new gear package per drawings
  • Lighting package to be owner furnished installed by the electrical contractor
