- HVAC – New low pressure duct. RTU’s existing – furnished & installed by LL
- Plumbing – Plumbing fixtures are to be owner furnished
- Fire Sprinkler – Alter existing sprinkler system

- Building Electrical – Include new gear package per drawings
- Lighting package to be owner furnished installed by the electrical contractor
