Smith-Rowe, LLC will be bidding the following project at the September 27, 2019 Mount Airy-Surry County Airport Authority bid letting:

We are interested in receiving your quotations on this project for any work for which your company is qualified and especially for the following types of work: Construction Surveying, Quality Control Testing, Clearing & Storm Drainage, Asphalt, Milling, Curb and Gutter, Guardrail, Fencing, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Lines, Waterline/Sewer, Temporary Silt Fence, Seeding & Mulching, Erosion Control, Electrical, Retaining Walls, and Hauling.
Bidding and Contract Documents may be purchased digitally on CD from the Engineer at Parrish and Partners of North Carolina, PLLC, 1801 Stanley Road Suite 315 Greensboro, NC 27407 (Telephone 336-944-6880). Plans and specifications may be examined at the Office of the Engineer at Parrish and Partners of NC, PLLC or at our office in Mount Airy. We are available to assist you in interpreting the plans and specifications, locating supplies and equipment, and/or obtaining insurance and bonding. We are available to negotiate to assume part of the responsibility to meet the contract goals when work to be sublet includes the possibility of MBE/WBE 2nd and 3rd tier subcontractors.
A pre-bid conference will be held in our office on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., to discuss the proposed project with any interested MBE/WBE. Please call 336/789-8221 if you plan to attend the pre-bid conference or if you would like to schedule another time for a pre-bid conference.
