Re: Proposal/Quotation Request T. A. Loving Company is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following projects that bid for NC DOT:
Bid Date: July 18, 2018 at 2 PM
Project: Grading, Drainage, Paving and Structure Improvements on Kitty Hawk Road in Dare County (Division 1)
The potential subcontracting opportunities include but are not limited to the following:
On-off Site Hauling, Asphalt Paving, Earthwork, Erosion Control, Seeding/Sodding, Surveying, Clearing and Grubbing, Striping, Traffic Control, Flatwork, Concrete Rebar and Fencing.
Plans and Specifications are available for inspection on the NC DOT website and at the following locations: TA Loving Company, NC DOT Division Office.
Please advise if assistance is needed with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or insurance / bonding to satisfy the work requirements. We are willing to accept quotations on all or partial quantities and items of work. We can offer 2-party check payments and quick payment agreements but the agreements need to be negotiated prior to bid date.
