Answering to the petitions of some of its members, the HCAC starts today with its Blueprint Reading Class level two. The course is an evolution to level one, being more practical than theoretic.
"We think that some of our members who have taken the Level one class are ready to improve their knowledge by taking a level two class. Additionally, we're always looking for courses and services to increase the performance level of our members, so they can take part in more advanced bidding processes", said Julian Arcila, HCAC Executive Director.
As every course at HCAC, there will be special rates for members. Non members are also invited to take this class and proof or refresh their knowledge.
