Description:
Project consists of storm damage repairs and renovations to the historic Pender County Courthouse in Burgaw, NC. Scope includes, but isn’t limited to- abatement and demolition; new HVAC systems; custom woodwork to match existing; accessible bathrooms; new elevator with masonry shaft; interior ADA upgrades; building generator; drainage site work; masonry screen walls; replace courtroom seating upholstery; painting; and floor finishes.
