Project Description:

The UNC Hillsborough Bed Tower Addition II project at 430 Waterstone Drive, Hillsborough, NC 27278 is comprised of the following components:

  • 96,000 square foot, four story addition to the existing facility
  • Expansion to the existing Central Utility Plant
  • Associated site improvements including landscaping, pavers and outdoor
  • New on grade helipadrehabilitation space

To facilitate the construction schedule, DPR Construction is releasing the following early packages for BID:

  • 31A - Sitework and Utilities - for the entire project scope
  • 26A - Electrical - electrical scope specific to the early heliport package
  • 13B - HeliStop Construction- helistop equipment
  • 05A - Structural Steel Framing - for the entire project
  • 03A - Cast-in-place Concrete - for the entire project
